Tottori Sand Dunes

A lagoon formed by sand deposited from the Sendaigawa River. It is Japan’s largest lake named “pond” (ike).
Sandy coast famous for the legend “The white rabbit from Inaba”. To the western end of the beach are cliffs and the island Okino-shima, which is recounted as the home of the white rabbit.
